* Main ingredients
Tomato (100% from Emilia-Romagna), Extra-Virgin
Olive Oil, Basil.
* Ideal with
The ideal pasta is medium lenght spaghetti, or some
penne lisce or rigate, but other kinds of pasta can
be enhanced by Sugo alla Napoletana, which
is ready to be poured on drained pasta, or you can
warm it on a low flame to enhance the aroma.
