In 1948 after the end of the World War, Giuseppe Cipriani invented a new
cocktail in Harry’s Bar in Venice in the name of peace and freedom. He mixed
Prosecco with a fresh white peach purée and the rest is history.
This classic cocktail is named after the Italian Renaissance Painter Giovanni
Bellini and is an easy going and gentle drink.
It’s an absolute must for any special occasion, brunch or as an evening
aperitivi.
