Nestled in Rioja Oriental, the Navarrsotillo family owns 70 hectares of premium organic and biodynamic vineyards that benefit from cool winters and hot, dry summers. The family following the full biodynamic process [Demeter certified] and delicately press the tempranillo and garnacha grapes before fermenting using natural yeasts. The blend is then matured in French and American oak barrels for 2 months. Terra Organica is committed to sustainable winemaking, which is why we have removed all unnecessary packaging (such as cork capsules), only use FSC accredited paper and cartons and use lighter-weight bottles made from a high percentage of recycled glass.
