Spiralotti (from the Italian for 'small spiral') is shaped by an authentic individually numbered bronze die for a perfectly rough texture, with a spiral shape ideal for al forno bakes or capturing flavoursome pesto. Crafted by the Felicetti family, combining artisanal Il Cappelli grain wheat with spring water from the Dolomites before drying in the mountain air.
