in our own Smokehouse, Loch Fyne smoked salmon is renowned for its quality and
depth of flavour.
We dry cure our fresh salmon fillets with brown sugar and sea salt, then gently
smoke over oak shavings from retired whisky casks. The result is a delicate yet
richly flavoured salmon.
