It comprises high-altitude heirloom Arabica from Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia that are naturally dried in the sun to give a full body and intense fruitiness; Caturra and Castillo beans that sing of Colombia where they were grown; a mixture of different varieties grown between Mayan archaeological sites in Guatemala including some slightly fermented honey-processed beans; and finally, Robusta from India imparting lots of chocolatey richness.
