It comprises high-altitude heirloom Arabica from Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia that
are naturally dried in the sun to give a full body and intense fruitiness;
Caturra and Castillo beans that sing of Colombia where they were grown; a
mixture of different varieties grown between Mayan archaeological sites in
Guatemala including some slightly fermented honey-processed beans; and finally,
Robusta from India imparting lots of chocolatey richness. The combination of
styles from all these small farms and gardens creates an invigorating blend of
praline, sweet cherry, lemon cheesecake, caramelised nuts and just a touch of
lychee.
