Produced via the Vin Gris method, our own label rosé, made principally from the
indigenous red varieties of Grenache and Cinsault, is skilfully produced for
Harvey Nichols by Ollieux Romanis – one of the region’s most revered estates.
Salmon pink in colour, the nose is graced with subtle, engaging notes of dried
flora, red fruit and mixed herbs, leading to understated flavours of raspberry
ripple, strawberry shortcake and an assortment of regional spices. Delicious on
its own, this versatile rosé is also the perfect accompaniment to lightly
flavoured shellfish, poultry and pasta dishes.
