Twist off the lid of Harvey Nichols Fruity Gooseberry Jam to release the tang of
the British summertime. Although great in all the conventional jam spaces, we
also love this in some more unusual combos too. Try pairing it with oily
mackerel, mixing it into a quick and easy fool, using it to sweeten gin
cocktails, or adding a dollop to the side of a cheeseboard (with a glass of
Sauvignon Blanc) or a curry (in place of mango chutney).
