The Fresh Pasta Company was founded in 2004 by Mark Garcia-Oliver, inspired by his own “passion for very nice food!” and a well-seasoned palate developed whilst growing up enjoying fantastic Argentine beef and Italian cuisine.  Mattarello’s brand was developed by Mark as a ‘Celebration of real Italy’ at home, to deliver fresh pasta and sauces from a passionate country using genuine natural ingredients.
