Spicy Salami  Our authentic signature sourdough recipe is lovingly made entirely by hand in Italy. All of our pizza dough undergoes a slow proving period before each pizza is individually hand-stretched and hand-topped with fresh ingredients including 100% Emilia Romagna tomato pulp, fior di latte mozzarella, spicy spinata salami, sweet red onions and a hint of chilli.
