All of our pizza dough undergoes a slow proving period before each pizza is individually hand-stretched and hand-topped with fresh ingredients including 100% Emilia Romagna tomato pulp, fior di latte mozzarella, Emmental cheese, grilled mixed peppers & sweet red onion.
