All of our pizza dough undergoes a slow proving period before each pizza is individually hand-stretched and hand-topped with fresh ingredients including 100% Emilia Romagna tomato pulp, fior di latte mozzarella, sliced prosciutto and meadow mushrooms. Our pizzas are then traditionally stone baked and immediately blast frozen to lock-in the freshness.
