This Balsamic Vinegar is obtained by mixing and aging only cooked must and wine
vinegar, according to the production rules of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP.
It is a balsamic vinegar with a 3-year-ageing quality, with a sweet and sour
flavour and a high acidity. It is ideal for salads, vegetables, vinaigrette,
meat or fish marinades, boiled meat or fish and boiled potatoes.
