Marche region of central Italy. Ultra Spaghettoni is slightly thicker in
circumference than spaghetti and so carries more sauce and more flavour. Due to
the use of traditional bronze dies in the shaping process it also has a textured
surface which encourages any sauce to adhere to it more consistently, allowing
for a more satisfying mouthful. Double the length of standard spaghetti, Ultra
