Codorniu Brut, a faithful reflection of the first cava created by Codorníu in
1872 which still maintains its original blend of the three traditional cava
grape varieties: Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada.
Like Champagne, Cava is made according to the Traditional Method. The second
fermentation, to produce bubbles and the unique flavour, takes place in this
bottle. A fresh, crisp and elegant sparkling wine with attractive flavours of
citrus and apple with fine, persistent bubbles.
