A deliciously crisp, hand-stretched sourdough base topped with our tomato sauce, mozzarella, creamy Italian buffalo mozzarella pearls and fresh basil Delicious pizza starts with the perfect base. Ours is made using a live sourdough culture, developed specially by us, and Italian milled flour. We let time and temperature do all the work, slow fermenting for more than 50 hours to create the perfect dough. Our pizzas are then hand-stretched and baked at over 400°C in our Italian woodfired oven to create a light, bubbly, eggshell crust with a fantastic sourdough flavour and lovely charred notes. We top every pizza with a sauce of ripe, juicy tomatoes mixed with basil, extra virgin olive oil and a little garlic. Our classic margherita is topped with whole fresh basil leaves and pearls of traditionally made Italian buffalo mozzarella, stretched so it melts into stringy perfection.
