Our easy carve joint is matured for a minimum of 21 days and hand trimmed by our
master butchers to deliver a tender, succulent richly flavoured joint.
Our joints are cut from the hind quarter inner muscle, its a naturally lean and
tender cut that delivers a succulent mouth-watering eating experience and the
juices will also add a real depth of flavour to your gravy should you choose to
use them.

For best results cook to medium rare, slice thinly, add the juices to make the
