Utilising a greater proportion of Pinot Noir in the blend, along with an addition of specially selected reserve red wine, our Premier Cru Rosé possesses the same richness and roundness as its Brut counterpart, but with a greater concentration of red fruit, spice and floral notes. On the palate, raspberry, strawberry and violet flavours complement the toasty, bready undertones, whilst the finish is refreshingly crisp with an attractive tangy, cranberry twist. Delicious on its own or try it with fruit based dessert dishes.
