Our Cheddar Crunch is brimming with Somerset dairy produce: farmhouse butter,
full flavoured mature Cheddar and organic buttermilk from a local Jersey herd.
From our artisan bakery, overlooking the Somerset countyside, our bakers hand
prepare crispbread in small batches. Local farmhouse butter and nutty-tasting
chickpea flour are mixed to a dough, thinly rolled, topped with seeds then
slowly baked until crisp and crumbly. Viva la bean!
