In 2003 the craft butchery brand Kettyle Irish Foods was created, specialising
in hand-selected cuts of dry-aged meat. The team of traditional butchers are
experienced in crafting the highest quality of specified cuts of from dry-aged
beef.
Kettyle Irish Foods continues to pioneer the art of dry-aging with the specially
constructed salt-and-moss ageing caves. Using bricks made from salt from the
Irish Sea, seaweed and Carrageen moss to dry-age the beef, giving yet another
unique and distinctive product to add to the every growing Kettyle brand.
