These florets are very versatile - they're just at home smothered in a velvety cheese sauce as they are spiced up in a curry. Serving Suggestion To use as a rice alternative, add the florets to a food processor and pulse until they are the size of rice grains. Add to a microwave-safe bowl, cover with cling film and pierce steam holes before cooking for 7 minutes on high. Stir and serve immediately.
