This central Mediterranean herb is most versatile and can be used in a wide
variety of dishes to garnish and flavour. As with coriander both stalks and
leaves can be used, delicious in fish dishes but leaves are perfect in salads.
Serving Suggestion
Flat Leaf Parsley and Parmesan Salad - Remove the leaves, wash and dry. Drizzle
with a mixture of olive oil and a little lemon juice, toss with grated parmesan
and season with salt and pepper. Serve topped with parmesan shavings.
