With their distinctive blemish free red coloured skins these red potatoes are firm to the touch. Can be used as an all rounder but makes great mash. Serving Suggestion For a creamy potato mash, boil, drain and mash. Add a tablespoon of milk with a knob of butter and whisk with a fork. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
