Our Garlic Olive Oil has many uses. Perfect for roasting vegetables and
potatoes, making garlic bread or drizzling over meat and fish. Also a useful
staple for sweating onions and vegetables to offer a deep, aromatic garlic
flavour.
"Garlic oil features rather a lot in my cooking: it’s the perfect lazy short-cut
for the frazzled cook! And this is a top-quality garlic oil: good enough to dip
bread into or drizzle over vegetables on serving. The garlic flavour is headily
pronounced, and the olive oil that’s scented with it is excellent. Because of
this, if I’m using it for frying or roasting, I tend to dilute it with some
regular olive oil. It’s not necessary to do this, but it does make the precious
