baked in London, in our wood-fired stone oven.
Traditionally, the Poilâne® Rye Bread is a perfect accompaniment to oysters,
seafood, and smoked fish. It also pairs excellently with smoked meat and goat
cheese.
The unsliced loaf format contributes to the bread's extended freshness, as its
