three-generation natural sourdough starter, and a generous amount of Corinthian
raisins (also referred to as currants). Each loaf is meticulously handmade and
baked in an individual tin within our wood-fired brick ovens, at the heart of
Belgravia (London).
This exquisite bread stands as one of Poilâne®'s most cherished products,
