Each joint provides 6-8 servings based on 125g of cooked meat per portion, so you can dish up a treat for your family and friends alongside roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and your favourite gravy.  Top Tip! The rind is already scored to produce the perfect crackling, simply pat it dry with kitchen towel, cover with 2 tablespoons of salt, working into the cuts and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.
