Thyme is a very fragrant, small-leafed & woody-stemmed herb. It is frequently
used in Mediterranean, Italian and Provençal French recipes. It is ideal with
lamb, poultry and tomatoes, and is perfect used in soups, stews, stocks and
sauces.
Serving Suggestion
Lemon and Thyme Marinade - Mix together olive oil, the zest of a lemon, 2
chopped garlic cloves, a handful of chopped fresh parsley and a handful of thyme
leaves. Pour over chicken breast, cover and leave to infuse for at least 6 hours
in the refrigerator.
