Ocado Diced Beef Shin.
Our diced beef shin is the perfect cut of meat for low and slow cooking. Ideal
for stews and casseroles, the slow cooking method gently breaks down the meat,
resulting in meltingly tender beef that's rich and full of flavour.
Chef's tip:
Sear the meat then add a splash of red wine, tomato puree, beef stock, garlic
and season with bouquet garni. Slow cook for 4 hours over a low heat, then shred
and toss through pappardelle pasta for the perfect ragu.
