Kikkoman Ramen Soup Base Shoyu is a convenient concentrated soup base featuring
Kikkoman Soy Sauce for extra umami richness, allowing you to prepare a delicious
shoyu (soy sauce) ramen in minutes. Ramen is a popular Japanese noodle dish.
Simply dilute 2 tbsp of soup base with 270ml of boiling water, mix well. Add
cooked ramen noodles and top with meat or vegetables of your choice.
Be creative and customise your soup. Try other types of noodle such as soba or
udon & use a variety of toppings - cooked ham, boiled eggs, carrots and chinese
cabbage for instance. You can change up the broth flavour by adding miso or
perhaps kimchi if you like a spicy taste. The possibilities are endless!

Kikkoman Ramen Soup Base will keep for several months unopened in a cool, dark
place. To preserve the flavour store the bottle in the fridge after opening.
