Kikkoman Mirin-Fu is a sweet Japanese seasoning and glaze. Mirin-fu means
Mirin-style in Japanese.
Highly versatile, use Kikkoman Mirin-Fu to marinate and glaze your favourite
foods, or use to flavour stir fry dishes, dips and even desserts. It's an
essential ingredient for making the perfect homemade teriyaki sauce. Produced
using Kikkoman's original fermentation technique, it also combines very well
with other fermented seasonings such as soy sauce, miso and vinegar.
Kikkoman Mirin-fu is much lower in alcohol (0.3%) compared with traditional
Japanese Mirin rice wine, resulting in a much smoother taste and mild sweetness.
