HOW TO ENJOY
The GAIL’s Mixed Olive Sourdough Baguette lends itself to being torn and
drizzled liberally with a peppery, fresh olive oil and an aged balsamic.
STORAGE
Baked fresh and never with any preservatives, we recommend storing GAIL’s Mixed
Olive Sourdough Baguette in a cool, dry place. To keep the bread for longer,
slice immediately and store in an airtight container in the freezer, taking out
slices and toasting, as desired.
Towards the end of its life, we recommend transforming the loaf into bruschetta
or even into croutons to toss into a panzanella.
