Baked & delivered fresh from the oven, the GAIL’s White Sourdough is crusty
loaf, hand-dusted with flour and with springy, tacky crumb with a sweet note.
This is sourdough in its most traditional and well-known form.
We bake our loaves daily by hand, with natural ingredients, using time-honoured
techniques and decades-old starters.
HOW TO ENJOY
The GAIL’s White Sourdough is a loaf for all occasions: enjoy thickly sliced and
toasted with melted butter, spread with jam, or as an open sandwich.
STORAGE
Baked fresh and never with any preservatives, we recommend storing GAIL’s
sourdough in a cool, dry place. To keep the bread for longer, slice immediately
and store in an airtight container in the freezer, taking out slices and
toasting, as desired.
Towards the end of its life, we recommend transforming the loaf into croutons,
bruschetta or even French toast.
