Natoora Beech Smoked Venetian Speck
- Our Speck is made by the Nogara family in north-east Italy, specialists in
cured meats since 1969.
- Pork legs are first seasoned and marinated for three weeks, then gently smoked
over beech wood for seven days before air-drying for a further 22 weeks to
develop slow matured flavour.
- This Speck Ham has consistent marbling and a soft, tender texture with
delicate aromas of wood and juniper.
