- Coastal regions with stable climates are ideal for artichokes, encouraging the
plants to develop steadily while sea breezes bring moisture to the soil.
Take it further
- Prep the artichokes and slow roast them with olive oil, lemon and garlic.
- Boil them whole and prepare a flavoured butter to dip their leaves into.
