FLAVOUR IS A FRONTIER Natoora Spanish Flat White Peaches - We source these direct from a grower just outside Lleida, in the Catalonian region of north-eastern Spain. - The grower specialises in orchard fruit, knowing exactly how to produce exceptional fruit. - They are thinned the fruit on the branches early in the season to allow the remaining peaches to absorb a higher concentration of nutrients and energy. - Most peaches are picked underripe for ease of transport; our growers leaves their fruit to mature fully on the tree so that it can absorb the maximum nutritional value and concentration of sugars from the tree. - Sourced during their natural season of June to September. Take it further - Halved, destoned and grilled. Serve with creme fraiche and mint. - Cut into chunks, served with burrata and basil.
