- We go to Duncan in Lancashire who ‘tops’ the head of the plants between late
September and mid November in order to promote vigorous growth to the forming
sprouts below.
- It’s only in working directly with growers that we are able to tap into the
underused parts of a plant, bringing more diversity to the plate.
