FLAVOUR IS A FRONTIER Natoora Ripe Plums - The plum season begins in Italy, before moving into France and the UK.  - The color of a plum’s flesh varies by variety due to different pigment concentrations: crimson red flesh comes from higher anthocyanin levels, characteristic of a firmer variety which will hold its structure in baking.  - The orange flesh of a plum comes from carotenoids, giving it a bright, sweet flavor. Take it further - Pair with ricotta and rocket, dress lightly with lemon and olive oil. - Halved and destoned, served with granola and yoghurt.  Our packaging is plastic-free - We have developed our own revolutionary packaging which is entirely plastic-free and home disposable. Each of our recyclable cardboard punnets is flow-wrapped with home-compostable film which, unlike traditional plastic flow-wrap, disintegrates within 180 days.
