ABOUT THE DISH These vegan ravioli, also known as the ‘saccottino’, literally ‘little bag’. We think it’s emblematic of Italians’ playful elevation of life’s most simple things. And aside from being beautiful to look at, our freshly made saccottini also provide great texture and mouthfeel due to their unusual shape.  In this plant-based dish, our chefs fill their little bags with a vibrant green pea and shallot filling, light and full of freshness. Whilst not widely known, red chilli is an excellent complement for peas, balancing their sweetness. Served with a fresh tomato sauce.
