About the Dish:
Basil pesto is a staple of the Italian Riviera, and particularly the city of
Genova (which is where pesto alla genovese derives its name). Indeed, basil
pesto was a childhood favourite of our founder, Alessandro, who grew up in the
region. Inspired by the recipe prepared for him by his nonna, Maddalena, our
pesto is packed with vibrant basil, extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts and two
Italian cheeses. Pair with our fresh rigatoni pasta for a deliciously authentic
dish.
