- Produced using pork from the famous Cinta Sinese breed of pigs, free to roam
in the Brado woods.
- Its unique, naturally rich flavour comes from the pigs’ natural diet of
acorns, olives and mulberries, foraged beneath the trees.
- Made using the best cuts of shoulder and belly pork, without the use of dairy
by-products, artificial thickeners or colourants.
- Produced for Natoora by Ranieri in Chianti, who have been making charcuterie
since the 1950s.
