Natoora Walnuts in the Shell
- This season we're working with two growers in southwest France for walnuts.
- Grown with minimum intervention, both Thierry in Quercy and Aurélien in Albias
invest year round care into their orchards of old and new trees.
- Both manage the entire process on the farm, from picking to grading and
packing. This gives us incredible traceability – a rarity in nut growing.
- Cycle through a number of varieties in one season including Lara, Fernor and
Franquette.
